SpitFire Help Desk

"Unable to load vmsi32 control"

This is an error message that happens when opening Campaign window before the Dialogic cards have started.
1. Stop Spitfire completely. Go into Task Manager and make sure that ssvlII.exe and vmsictl32.exe are stopped.
2. Make sure that you stop the CTI32 service first if this is a PRI configuration and then stop and restart the Dialogic Cards.
3. Open Configuration Manager and stop and restart the cards.
