How to start and stop a campaign in SpitFire Predictive

1. Open SPD Instance 1 and click I Agree.
2. Click the yellow foilder next to Start Lines and select the list you want to dial.
3. Click Dial and enter an approximate duration(hours) that this campaign will last before you stop it.
4. At this point the agents can log in with the Agent software at their computers and wait for calls to come to them.
5. To stop the Campaign completely, hit Stop Dialing. This will allow the agents to finsh their calls and then it will come to a stop. Someone should do this at the end of the day so that the reports are not adversley affected.
