Error "Bad Key" when opening Campaign software

Computer is not seeing the Dongle:

1. Check for dongle on printer port.

 

2. Disconnect dongle and reattach it.
3. Reboot computer.
4. Install Dongle setup in C:\SPD\Setup\Dongle\Install.exe or C:\SPX\Setup\Dongle\Install.exe
