SpitFire Predictive Pro - Latest Version Logs

This article describes feature additions and fixes for the following:
 
I. SPD Pro Campaign Software

II. SpitFire Agent Software

III. ListMaker Pro Software 

IV. SPD WebReports Software
 


IMPORTANT: All SpitFire software updates are developed on systems running the latest Windows Updates. Please make sure you download and install all critical Windows Updates as they become available.


Campaign Software

Campaign 1.2.162
- Created a parameter CreateAndDialCampaignCallBacks in ini file for campaign specific callbacks.
Update to fix issue with Callbacks for configurations that have several Campaigns pulling from the same database server. Prior to this update, you could have callbacks from one Campaign being pulled by another Campaign that is running at the same time. Thus preventing the correct Campaign from being able to call and transfer the callback to the correct Agent.
Set to True so that only the Campaign that created the Callback will handle the Callback. Set to False to allow any Campaign grab any Callback, even if it is not the Campaign that created it. 

Campaign 1.2.159
- Creates a parameter PerfectCall in the ini which is True by default for doing the detection. Can be set to False to immediately connect calls to Agents while the the number is still ringing. This provides a "Power Dialing" feature in SpitFire Predictive. Requires license update for this feature as well.

Campaign 1.2.154
- Added LocalExchange parameter in the ini file. Can be used to define certain area code exchanges that require 10 digit dialing and anything NOT listed will be dialed with a 1. Useful for some area codes that are both local and long distance. See THIS ARTICLE for complete instructions.

Campaign 1.2.151
- Fixed issue in Agent Target based dialing. Uses AgentTarget= in the Campaign ini files. Set to state or areacode.
- New Full installer.

Campaign 1.2.150
- Sales Force Integration Impoved.

Campaign 1.2.148
- Fixed an issue for updating the statistics database correctly if remote agent hangs up the phone and is in Wrapup mode.

Campaign 1.2.145

Update to allow call to ring up to 10 rings. Previous to this, if the Carrier and/or PBX

Generic term for a type of Phone System that creates connections between internal, usually office, telephone extensions and external, telephone company, phone lines. SpitFire Dialers can interface with numberous types of PBX Phone Systems, from analog to digital to those using SIP trunking, such as the Trixbox IP PBX.'); return false">PBX
had a delay of more than 23 seconds, the software would force the call to be dispositioned as a No Answer. Now the hard-coded timeout has been removed and the software will wait the number of rings set in the Dial Rings parameter before giving up and marking the call as a No Answer.

Campaign 1.2.140
- Added logic for Agent target area code based dialing, in addition to the state based targeting added in version 1.2.139. Separate multiple area codes by commas.

Campaign 1.2.139
- Added target state feature for Agents (now they can be logged in to the same campaign but would recieve calls from their target states only). This can be configured for each Agent in the ListMaker-->Agents-->Add Agent or Edit Agent menus. Multiple states should be separated by commas. Use with ListMaker version 1.1.84 or higher

Campaign 1.2.138
- Added parameters WaitTimeBetweenTwoCalls (in seconds) and UseWaitTimeBetweenTwoCallsForAgent (set to true or false) in Campaign INI files. Setting the waittime to 1 would mean 1 second between any 2 lines initiating a call. Setting UseWaitTimeBetweenTwoCallsForAgent would mean the Dialer would wait 1 second between calling outbound and calling the Agent extension (for remote Agents or Agents on a PBX) when the Agent first logs onto the Campaign.
Use these parameters in situations where the carrier or PBX can't handle multiple simultaneous calls being initiated by the Dialer on the lines.

Campaign 1.2.135
- Modified code for checking conference resources when using CTI32 with SIP or PRI lines. Resolved specifc issues with some Agents not being able to make 3-way calls 

Campaign 1.2.132
- For an inbound call generates the correct recording filename for the SpitFire Agent software. 

Campaign 1.2.131
- Done changes to support conferencing under HMP/SIP trunks. With specific licensing from Dialogic HMP software, 3-way conferencing is now supported in SIP trunking configurations.

Campaign 1.2.128
- One can now add WaitForWink parameter in the ini file and set it to false. This would make voice logic not wait for wink before dialing on CAS T1 configurations that require Immediate Start.

Campaign 1.2.127
- Fixed issue where even if AllowZeroPrimaryPhoneLength is set to True, the Dialer would skip it.
- Added ablity to run a maximum of 5 simultaneous Campaigns. Use with SpitFire Agent software version 11.5.69 or later.

Campaign 1.2.123
- Fixed issue with certain calls being dispositioned as Error instead of Answering Machine.
- Can add parameter called CreateHeader= in the Special Options section of the campaign ini files to enable or disable including a header in the data exported from ListMaker. Set to True or False. This parameter must be manually added to the ini files. Use with ListMaker 1.1.77 

Campaign 1.2.121
- Modified code to fix issue with No Dial Area Codes not working when AllowZeroPrimaryPhoneLength is set to True in Campaign INI file.

Campaign 1.2.120
- Added code to add AgentID column in clients table. Use in conjunction with ListMaker 1.1.74

Campaign 1.2.112
- Update for issue where Drops were sometimes occuring with a Dial Ratio of 1 while using Private Callbacks.
- Created new dialresult for Callbacks (212) to prevent accidental reworking of Callbacks in ListMaker.
- Updated to display total Hits in Action tab of SpitFire Campaign window.
- Update for new PD script for playing message before transfer, that requires customer to press a touch-tone to be transferred. (requires SPD ScriptMaker 11.2.19).

Campaign 1.2.100
- Update for issue where the alternate number dialed is shown in contact field of the Calls table instead of being primary voicephone everytime.

Campaign 1.2.98
- Fixed issue with Alternate Number dialing feature where it would reject records where the Primary Voicephone field was blank and Time Zone Settings are enabled.

Campaign 1.2.93
- Added AllowZeroPrimaryPhoneLength= in the ini.
Will allow SPD to dial records that have no primary voicephone number but do have alternate numbers in the record.
NOTE: Setting this parameter to TRUE requires that you Allow Duplicates when creating the list and you must disable "Eliminate Bad Voice Numbers" in the ASCII Import-->Options of ListMaker. The means any removal of duplicates or bad records MUST BE DONE BEFORE IMPORTING NEW LIST WITH LISTMAKER.

Campaign 1.2.91
- Drop Rate Control will now be locked when the campaign starts and will unlock when the campaign stops.

Campaign 1.2.90
- Change to help with loss of Zip Tone in SIP and PRI configurations. The Zip Tone will now be a wav file played instead of the software generating a tone. Copy the ziptone.wav into the SPD directory.
NOTE: Only works with CTI32 Configurations.

Campaign 1.2.89
- Created WaitBeforeHangUp parameter in the ini file. This can be used to set a wait time before hanging up on calls that resulted in something other that a voice or answering machine connect.

Campaign 1.2.83
-  Software will work on system drive letters other than C.

Campaign 1.2.82
- Added ReCheckOldCallBacks parameter in the ini. When set to true, the Dialer will pick the previously marked nocalls number and attempt to see if they still exist in the current nocalls file. If not, then it will call the record. Useful for situations in which the nocalls has been recreated so that those records could be called again.

Campaign 1.2.79
- Dial Target Area Code issue resolved.
- Will check for Callbacks even after the list is exhausted (when explicitstoponly parameter in Campaign ini configuration file is set to true).

Campaign 1.2.76
- Fixed issue with descrepency between Listmaker and Web Reports showing different number of Hits.

Campaign 1.2.69
- added logging of agent 3way number in the logs of transfer.csv.

Campaign 1.2.68
- Fixed an issue where a number was dialed twice but was only
recorded once in the calls table.

Campaign 1.2.60
- added agent name in the filename.wav of recorded calls.

Campaign 1.2.59
- Added AllowAgentToLeaveVoiceMail parameter to ini file. If an AM file is
specified in the PD script, that file would be played when the agent clicks
on the AM button.

Campaign 1.2.51

Campaign 1.2.48
- Various improvements to Callback function.
Now with "Make Private Callback Public" turned off, the Campaign will only
call a private callback once the agent is available and will keep checking back
to see if the agent is available.

Campaign 1.2.43

- Added ServerSideQueryStringURL and CustomQueryStringFields
parameters in Spitfire's ini. ServerSideQueryStringURL would be used
by the new Load URL button on the agent software (11.5.40 and higher)
to post URL query string. CustomQueryStringFields could be used to
append additional fields in the URL query string on client request.

Campaign 1.2.37
- Added AllowVoicePhoneEdit parameter in the [special options] section of the ini file, this parameter will save agent side edits on the voicephone field.

Campaign 1.2.17
- Created the DialSuffix parameter in the ini file.

Campaign 1.2.9

- Updates for new web reports.

Campaign 1.1.97
- Added DMA NoCalls to the general options to check against 2 nocalls
 lists at the same time.

Campaign 1.1.88

- Added support for 4 campaigns. Use with Agent 11.5.29 or later.
- Added Agent Wrap Up feature.
- Added ability to skip the current dialing list in list queuing feature.

Campaign 1.1.72

- Added numerical keys to Keystroke module.
- Added the space function for key strokes.
- Added support to save longer keystrokes configurations.

Campaign 1.1.58
- In case of alternate number dialing the agent (ver 11.5.22) will now see
the actual number the client was contacted on instead of the primary
phone number always being populated.
- Fixed an issue in the dialing logic of scheduled callBack numbers
where it would dial the same number multiple times.

Campaign 1.1.55

Note: Callbacks can be set to Global or Local on the fly.
Also, they can be made private or public on the fly.

Allows to do blind transfers in case of flash hook transfers
(only for analog lines).
- Shows version information on the application title bar.
- Addition for blind transfer cases.
- Added support for emailing recordings while using 
PD4 script (use ScriptMaker 11.2.17 or higher).

- Handled a issue in case of call blending, where calls placed
by the dialer were going to the hold card instead or dropping or
transferring to the agent.

- Displays the appropriate status in the line activity in cases when the line is
an auxiliary line, or a remote agent line.
- Fixed the issue where remote agent lines were not loaded if the campaign
was stopped and started again without exiting the program.

- Plays hold message when using 3-way transfer feature in manual dials.

sequence would be used when the agent click on the retry again button on
