How Do I Start A Campaign in SPD Pro?

Here are some basic steps to starting a Campaign in SpitFire Predictive Pro:

1. Make sure the Dialogic cards are running by clicking on the "Configuration Manager" icon and verify that the "Status" says "Running". If it says "Stopped", click the green light button above that to start the cards.

2. Open the "SPD Instance 1" or "Campaign 1" icon, click "I Agree" when prompted.

3. In the "Action" tab, click the yellow folder icon to select the list(s) you want to dial and click "Dial".

4. Click the "Dial" button on the "Action" tab to initialize the lines and be presented with the prompt to enter the approximate duration of the campaign and then click "OK". Note: This duration does not need to be an exact number.

5. At this point the Agents can log in from their desks. Until you have reached this point, they will not be able to log in.

6. Make sure the agents are logging into the correct Campaign number.

7. To bring the Campaign to a complete stop, click the "Stop Dialing" button. This will allow the agents to finish their current calls and then come to a stop.
