Enabling and Using List Queuing in SPD Pro

Beginning with version 1.1.88, the SpitFire Predictive Pro software has had a feature called List Queuing.
List Queuing allows you to load several lists in a queue into the Campaign window and SpitFire will automatically move to the next list in the queue, when the previous list is exhausted. You can also change the lists on the fly if, for instance, the list currently being dialed is not producing enough leads, etc.

All of this can be done without having to stop dialing. This makes List Queuing by far a more efficient way to run Campaigns than the previous procedure of stopping the Campaign when needing to change a list.
Note: This feature is only available in the Pro version of SpitFire Predictive.

Most new SpitFire Dialers should have this turned on by default but if you do not see the following screen shot when loading your list, this feature needs to be enabled.

Enabling List Queuing in SpitFire Predictive Pro

If your screen does not look like the screen shot above when you click the yellow icon to select your list, the following will explain how to enable this feature:

1. First close your Campaign window completely. Do this for any Campaigns, 1 thru a possible 4, that you have open.

2. Go to the following folder, C:\SPD\ and look for the INI files that are labeled 1.ini, 2.ini, etc.

3. Open 1.ini in notepad (just double-click on the file) and look for a parameter called CQUEUE=False. Change it to True.

4. Save the file in notepad and close it. When you open the Campaign 1 back up, you will be able to use List Queuing.

5. Repeat steps 2 thru 4 for your other Campaign ini files, if needed.

Starting a Campaign with List Queuing enabled.

When you have the Load Database window open, you can select the list(s) you want to dial and click Add to move them from the left-hand panel, Available Lists to the right-hand, To Be Dialed Lists:

Then, just click the Dial button on that window and finally, the large Dial button the main Campaign window, as you normal would to start a Campaign.
You can also select lists in the Lists to Be Dialed panel and click Remove to remove them from the queue.

Once you have started the Campaign, you can now click on the yellow folder icon again and it will bring up the Load Database window as before and show you some additional information.

Current list shows you which list the Dialer is currently using. In this case, "demo list" is the current list.
In addition, you will also notice the Skip button is visible. This button allows you to skip the current list and immediately move the the next list in the Queue. In this case, that would be "eric test".
Note: Skipping to the next list will begin after the records that were already in queue to be dialed, have been dialed.

You can also remove lists from the queue that you have decided you don't want to dial or add new ones that you may have imported while the current Campaign was running. When done making changes, just click Save at the bottom, right-hand corner.
Your Campaign will continue on, reflecting the changes you have made.
