SpitFire X Pro - Latest Version Logs

This article describes feature additions and fixes for the 
SpitFire X Pro software.
 

The article is split into separate sections for the following:

I. Campaign software

II. ListMaker 

III. ReportMaker
 
IV. ScriptMaker

V. JobMaker


IMPORTANT: All SpitFire software updates are developed on systems running the latest Windows Updates. Please make sure you download and install all critical Windows Updates.



Campaign Software

10.1.114
- Creates parameters PlayCPNTwice and PlayCIDTwice in ini file. These can be set to True to have SpitFire speak the customer phone number or clientID twice when transferring calls to live agents. Useful for eAgent users who may not hear the first time it is spoken.

10.1.113
- Creates a parameter called TTSRate in the Spitfire ini file which can be use to specify a speed of playback for Text To Speech fields. The valid range is -18 to 18, -18 being the slowest. 0 is default.

10.1.112
- Added code to enter campaign in eAgent when JobMaker loads the campaign.

10.1.108
- Fixed issue in question card where touch-tone responses from customer would not be executed until all of the text to speech fields had finished playing.

Allow to add number to the nocalls database while using Voice Number - NoCalls script.

Added two new variables in SpitFire.ini file: WaitTimeBetweenTwoCalls= and MaxSilencePeriodForAM=
WaitTimeBetweenTwoCalls=
allows a pause time to be set between calls being made on the Dialer. If set to 10, for 10 seconds, there would be a 10 second pause between each call.
Done to accomodate some Carriers who have a limit on the number of simultaneous calls per second that can be made.
MaxSilencePeriodForAM= is the amount of time the Dialer waits between the customer's answering machine message stopping and when the abswering machine would beep to confirm that it should start playing the answering machine message in the Script. This was 4 seconds but that caused issues with some mobile phone carriers which would time out if there was no audio from the caller after 2 or 3 seconds. So now this this variable to accomodate situations in which the Dialer might be calling predominately cell numbers or predominately home numbers.

- Failsafe Schedule includes seconds. This is useful when the failsafe needs to be scheduled between two days.
   Meaning if the dialer is run in the night and it dials through the night and next day then start and stop times
   can be set as 12:00:00 am & 11:59:59 pm respectively.

ListMaker Pro Software

- If All Reocrds is not checked then only the first of selected records is exported.

- Added buttons for saving and opening templates while exporting the fields. It works in the same
 way as the template option for Import. The template is saved in a .exp file in the lists folder.
 When a template is opened, all the items from the template are selected in the list.
