ReportMaker X for SpitFire X (Pro and Access Versions)

ReportMaker X is an application that can be used to generate reports of customer information and statistics for your SpitFire X Autodialer software. This article shows how to generate some of the more popular reports for both the Pro(MySQL) and Access versions of SpitFire X.

1. Open the ReportMaker program by double-clicking on the Desktop icon.

2. Now click the    button to select the list for which you want to run a report. If this is Access, you will be selecting an .MDB file.

3. If this is Pro version of SpitFire X, you will be selecting one of your list .INI files.

Generating a Last Time Calls report

This series of reports is the most popular as it allows you to see the specific result of each call run for a particular day, on a particular list and also to see the overall stats for that list, on that day.

1. After selecting your list, click on the Last Time Calls tab in ReportMaker X.

Here we can see the different types of reports that can be created. Reports for things like HITS, HOT and WARM leads have to do with you were using a script that had a Hit marker set in it and/or points were assigned to the different parts of the script. Typically these are used in scripts that have multiple questions.
See THIS article for more information on creating scripts.

The Pro version of SpitFire X has an additional report for Transfers or customers who pressed a touch tone to be transferred to a live person.
This is called Last Time Called - TRANSFERS:

2. Now enter the date for which you want to see the stats.

3.  You have 2 options for the format of each report. You can click the    icon to generate a printable report that would print to the default printer on the Dialer.

Or you can click the     icon to save the report as a PDF file.

As you can see below, all the customer information, date and time of the call and result of the call is listed. Also you can see if they pressed any touch-tones, etc.

4. Ever report has at least 2 pages, with the last page being the overall stats. You can use the up and down page buttons or just type in the number of the last page to skip to it.

5. Here we can see the last page of this particular report which shows is the totals:

All Calls Details Report

This report can be used to look at the total amount of calls made on a particular list. This is cumulative of all the campaigns dialed with this list and at some point will usually have a larger number of calls than the total amount of records in a list. This is because most lists are reworked at least once and those reworked records are redialed.

1. After opening the list in ReportMaker, click on the All Calls Details tab:

2. This report is similar in format to the Last Time Calls report. However, as stated, the Totals page may have more records called than there are records in the list if the list has been reworked with ListMaker.

Poll Details Report

This report can be used to show customer info for those customers who used a specific touch tone in your script. For instance, if you wanted to see everyone who responded with a 1 in the first question of your 5 Question Poll script, you could use this report to generate that.
