CPS (Calls Per Second)

Beginning with version 1.2.138, the SpitFire Predictive Pro (MySQL) software has a been given a parameter to provide for the Calls Per Second (CPS) limitations of some SIP Trunk Carriers.

To configure this, you must open and edit the Campaign configuration (.ini) file. Each Campaign has it's own configuration file labeled 1.ini, 2.ini, etc. See THIS article for instructions on properly editing these files.
IMPORTANT: Follow those instructions carefully. Mistakes in editing can cause the software to malfunction.

The name of the parameter that controls this feature is WaitTimeBetweenTwoCalls=
The WaitTimeBetweenTwoCalls value can be calculated as:

WaitTimeBetweenTwoCalls = (1/(CPS * number of simultaneous campaigns))
So, if CPS is 10 and number of simultaneous campaigns is 1, the value of WaitTimeBetweenTwoCalls is 0.1.
