Server is dialing but agents are not getting calls.

Lines are down, list is poor quality, or dialing preferences are not correct.
1. Lines are down:
Try to make a call through Multithreaded Voice. Ask the customer to check lines if you are not able to make test calls.
2. List is poor quality
Look at the Statistics tab and Line Summary. If your results are mostly AM's, NA's, Others, etc, then the list is not very good.
3. Verify how the area codes being dialed need to be dialed. Do they require 1+, 10 digit or 7 digit?
